Does this conversion kit work for all 5 stage models? I currently have a model AF-5002 filtration kit. Also, it seems that there are two versions of the AF-5002 kit in existence (pre and post April 2001). I bought my kit sometime around that time frame, is there a way for me to determine which kit I have?
